Memorial Garden
First Baptist Church Asheville
Originally contracted just to build the Labyrinth, the scope of our work for First Baptist Church of Asheville quickly expanded to include all the other stone elements within the Memorial Garden. This included a mosaic water feature, eleven benches, a raised stage area, a flagstone path, and other components. We worked closely with the church and the designers to realize a complete and cohesive vision. It is my favorite project to visit, and I try to stop by a couple times a year. I like to walk the labyrinth and see how everything is standing up to the test of time. So far, so good!
The garden was designed by Asheville firm Vision Design Collaborative.
